Lead Rescue Desk collects the business contact details and lead-flow information needed to evaluate, build, and operate hosted lead-response pilots.

Information We Use

This may include business name, website, public contact information, requested service categories, lead messages, and routing preferences.

Payments

Payment details are handled by Stripe. Lead Rescue Desk does not store full card numbers.

Sharing

We use service providers only as needed to host, operate, route, and bill for the service, including providers such as Stripe, Twilio, Vercel, and email infrastructure. We do not sell customer lead lists.

Retention

We keep pilot and customer records only as long as needed to operate the service, resolve billing or support questions, maintain security, and meet ordinary business recordkeeping needs.
